What Are Akashic Records and what are the benefits?

I have always leaned towards mysticism and spirituality. I have a deep connection to the Goddess energy, despite being raised in a Sikh family. 

But my spiritual journey and self-discovery started after an epiphany at the age of 30, which led me to an intense period of self-discovery, and self-healing. I felt in my spiritual journey that healing with Akashic records reading is possible. My self-discovery path guided me to become a life coach which led me asking more deeper questions as I started working with clients.

But let me start explaining what Akashic records are by reinforcing this truth that, 

“Everything is energy”

That eternal part of yourself – your soul – as it moves through the Universe, like all energy, creates an energetic record. This energetic record is your Akashic Records.

The word Akashic comes from Sanskrit, if we translate the word Akasha in English the closest translation that comes up is Space or aether ‘that which holds all’.

The very first element that comes into existence is Akasha (Space). This element is the most delicate, expansive and least dense of all the other elements. The next element derived is Vayu (Air) then comes Agni (Fire), then Jala (water) and lastly Prithvi (earth) element is formed.

It is the ‘element’ from which all things arise and to which all things return. It is the ‘space’ that makes it possible for all the other elements to exist in relationship with one another. 

The akashic field is not empty. It is filled with infinite intelligence and wisdom of the past, your ancestors, and about everything else that has ever come into existence.

Because this intelligence stores everything that has ever existed, is existing and will exist it is perceived in the west as some sort of record hence the term “Akashic Records” is used.

Every thought, action, deed, feeling, and emotion that ever existed has been stored and recorded by this intelligence in the Akashic field.

So now imagine how different your life would be if you know how to tap into this infinite intelligence?  To make it easier for you, let’s imagine Akasha as a universal mind, or as I say a spy camera. 

Our individual minds can store many memories, but not all of them. It  can only store what is going on with you and around you to a certain capacity. But this universal mind or spy camera can record everything that is occurring, existing, and has ever existed. After deep Sadhna (Practice) one can learn how to tap into this intelligence.

Ervin Laszlo says, “Like atoms, Akasha is indivisible, eternal, and unperceivable; but, unlike them, it is infinite and all-pervading. Akasha is inferred from the sensed quality of sound.”

The records share a broad perspective, and this broadness can seem to be intimidating. However, my clients and I have experienced that along with the broadness of Akasha there is always comfort and support. 

Akashic records offer us unconditional love of divine energy. They offer you clarity about your blocks, fears, phobias, about your next steps, and help you discover options when there didn’t seem to be any before.
After the revealing of many things related to your growth Akashic records open the paths for infinite possibilities for releasing and healing.

There are the three words I pick to describe the possibilities within Akashic Records and those are:

DISCOVER: Finding the root cause of your inner blocks and external challenges 

RECOVER: Healing the root cause so that you can reclaim your divine self-trust and self-worth.

MANIFESTATION: After releasing Akasha shows you the possibilities to create what you desire. I work with my clients on creating future progression.

HOW DO YOU GET INFORMATION IN AKASHIC RECORDS?

The way you get information from Akashic records is totally different and depends on who is accessing them. Some readers can hear the information, and some can see the information. 

I teach my students to NOT expect how they will receive the information from your Akashic records and recommend being open to the different ways it can happen. 

When you get the information, You don’t get it all in one shot but Instead what comes is always in response to your asking, to your intention at this moment. You only receive what you can integrate at the moment.

While working with Akashic Intelligence the guidance you get from it is just like a GPS found in your car, this element can guide you to the quickest path to your destination, it can tell you where the roadblocks are, where to take the turn, where to slow down and where to change direction for the highest quality of your life. 

For Coaches and Consultants accessing the akashic records is a powerful tool to help clients go beyond the standard surface-level coaching and to help them find the root cause of their negative patterns and beliefs.

I came to realize that whatever they have been telling me, I have been living with that for years, as for my religious,  cultural, rituals, beliefs, and worship.  And just like me, I ask my students to find their own roots after learning how to access this intelligence so that they can also create a deeper, more intimate connection with Akasha.
