7 Reasons to Clear and Heal Soul Contracts

Soul contracts are believed to be agreements that a person’s soul makes with other souls before incarnating on earth. These agreements are thought to be made in order to facilitate personal and spiritual growth and can cover a wide range of topics such as relationships, career, and life purpose. Some people believe that certain soul contracts can be negative or limiting and that releasing these contracts can lead to personal and spiritual growth.

Releasing negative soul contracts is thought to involve identifying the negative contracts and consciously choosing to release them. This can be done through various methods such as meditation, journaling, or working with a spiritual healer or guide. In my Akashic Records training, I teach a very specific method, to clear these contracts once and for all.

The purpose of releasing and clearing the soul contract is to move ahead from the past which is unknown but somehow many of us got stuck in the past. Some are stuck in past relationships, partnerships, past lives, and toxic relationships. We don’t realize when These unknown imprints of Soul Contract take up the driver’s seat of our lives. But the good news is, you can take back the driver’s seat and live your life the way you want to.
